Fresh Off the Plate: Lao Cooking Class [SOLD OUT]

Chef Saengthong will be hosting an intimate Lao cooking class followed with a unique, flavorful dinner! You will understand the 101 with Lao cooking while learning about the history and culture of Laos in a fun and open space. The class is hands on and you will cook beef larb, papaya salad, sticky rice, dips, and more! With no Lao restaurants in LA, you will be the first to eat and cook the next up and coming food.
