All inquiries about our events (location, time, parking, etc.) can be found here.
Where Can I purchase Tickets?
Tickets are sold both online and at the door unless stated otherwise. No on-site Cash Ticket Sales will be sold at San Diego & Las Vegas events. Tickets at the door are limited. You can find tickets for all our events on our Ticket Pages or Eventbrite.
Arcadia Ticket Inquiries, Questions, Comments, or Concerns?
Santa Anita Park manages the ticketing for our Arcadia events. You can contact them at TICKET.OFFICE@santaanita.com. They will be able to help you with your request.
Does mY child Need a ticket?
Children 3 and under do not need a ticket.
Is this event kid friendly?
We welcome people of all ages to come join us at our events.
Pets Policy
Our venues do not allow pets with the exception of service animals - it is up to their discretion at the gate to allow your furry friends in.
What items are allowed into the venue?
It will be up to the discretion of security if they will allow you to bring your items into the venue.
What day can you attend if you purchased General Admission tickets?
General Admission tickets are valid for any one day of the event weekend: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Exchanging / Transferring Ticket Dates

Please transfer your tickets before the event ends as transfer will no longer be possible once the event has concluded.
Refund POlicy
We have a no refund policy, but the tickets are transferable. You may give them to friends and family or switch them to a different date. Name Change on Ticket
The names on the ticket do not matter.
Payment Methods at Vendor Booths
While we cannot speak for every individual merchant, many of them do accept credit card payments. However, it's always a good idea to bring some cash with you just in case. We want to let you know that there will be ATMs available on-site for your convenience.
Re-entry
There will be staff members located by the entrance where you would be able to obtain a "re-entry stamp," so you may re-enter the venue once you have exited. You must have that stamp before you exit or you would not be able to return inside the venue unless you purchase another ticket.
Are there electric scooters or wheelchairs for rent?
Unfortunately, we do not have electric scooters or wheelchairs available for rent.
Lost Item
Please email us a detailed description of your lost item, so we may inform our staff. Please kindly inform us of the best way to contact you and your name, so if your lost item has been recovered, we will go ahead and notify you. If the event has ended, please contact the venue as lost items are returned to the venue at the end of the day on Sundays.
Weather
Our events take place rain or shine. We appreciate your interest in our event and hope to see you there, regardless of the weather.
Military Discount
We do not offer military discounts. However, we appreciate your service and support, and we hope you will still consider attending our event.
Weapons Policy
The policy regarding weapons at the Night Market applies to all attendees including off-duty & retired law enforcement officers. We prohibit the carrying of all weapons on the premises to ensure a secure environment for everyone. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to this policy.

2024 Season pass
If you already purchased one to several Single Day Tickets or one to several 3-Day Tickets and would like to upgrade to a Season Pass, please contact us at info@626nightmarket.com. As per our No Refund Policy, we will not be granting refunds for Season Passes. Please ensure all your information is correct before purchasing.
