Orange County’s 626Sampler: 4 eats for 1 Price!
626 Night Market is proud to debut Orange County’s very own 626Sampler pass! In collaboration with four of our Orange County vendors, 626 Night Market presented a delicious value pack of mini meals. For $19.99, attendees got the chance to taste items from Shake Ramen, Boba Bestie, Drool Food, and Ridges Churro Bar. One thing that distinguished this sampler from the rest is how vendors allowed attendees to choose items from a range of offerings. Read on to learn more!

Shake Ramen
Shake Ramen’s Build-Your-Own-Ramens have seen movie sets, the Grammy’s, and F-1 Las Vegas – but they always make time to serve us here at 626. Their 24oz cups featured chewy ramen noodles packed with a sauce, toppings, and protein of guests' choice: salty shoyu or funky miso; paired with pork belly, ground beef, tofu, or chicken; then topped with bean sprouts, spinach, cabbage, corn, or scallions. Once you receive your cup, shake all those savory flavors together for a delicious mini entree.
Boba Bestie
Boba Bestie’s 16oz fruit tea satisfied sweet tooths and energized attendees with its burst of caffeine! The sampler version had your choice of tart Mango, fruity Lychee Peach, or bright Strawberry Passion Fruit Tea with one topping. The topping choices included bouncy honey boba or lychee jelly, which added a wonderful texture and sweetness. Boba Bestie was our go-to drinking buddy for our exploration of the Night Market!
Drool Food
Drool Food offered even more entree choices by way of three delectably-seasoned protein options! The sirloin beef skewers, chicken curry skewers, and sweet pork sausage skewers featured flavors of lemongrass, coconut cream, shallots, fish sauce, and more in their marinades - making for a complex Southeast Asian taste that anyone could enjoy. Each order included two skewers exploding with meaty flavor.
Ridges Churro Bar
Ridges Churro Bar’s mini churro sundae was the perfect ending to the sweet and savory 626Sampler set. The cup of refreshing ice cream was topped with two perfectly crispy churros covered in matching toppings of guests’ choice: cinnamon, fruity pebbles, or salted caramel. This one was great for fans of pizookies or other desserts with a hot-cold contrast.
